Japanese Vintage Hanging Flower Vase Bamboo Insert

This is a flower arrangement tool from a previous generation. It was probably used as a hanging flower vase, as it was found in a box for such items. It appears to contain a bamboo-like cylinder, but since it is very old, please prepare a new liner separately. The item has scratches and dirt due to its age. Its width is 4.33x1.38 inches, and its height is 8.46 inches.
