Ken Done Art Directors Gallery Vintage Poster Black Orange Multicolor

This is a vintage gallery poster by Ken Done, a representative Australian artist. It is an original poster issued by the Art Directors Gallery in Sydney. The bottom of the poster has the printed notation: “© Ken Done. Printed and distributed by The Art Directors Gallery, 123 George Street, Sydney, N.S.W. 2000 Australia.” Solo exhibitions by Done were held at this gallery from 1981 to 1985, so it is believed to be a work from the 80s. The previous owner purchased it during a trip to Australia approximately 35 years ago. It features a vibrant orange vase and bouquet with a yacht on a black background, characteristic of Done's colorful style. The monogram “KD” (printed) is on the bottom right of the image. This is a large format poster. The material is paper (offset printing). The condition is aged. There are age-related stains and discoloration mainly on the back (please check the photos). The colors on the front design portion are good, but we ask for purchasers who understand vintage items. A frame is not included. The colors are black x orange x multicolor.
