Japanese Modern Art Gourd Shape Ceramic Vase Ikebana Flower Arrangement Green

This is a very beautiful gourd-shaped large vase (flowerpot) with modern flowing painting and eye-catching green and red accents. It is a striking piece that will look great in a Japanese-style room, as well as a modern interior, Western-style room, or as an object in an entrance. The approximate size is: height: 19.69 inches, diameter: 9.45 inches. Instead of putting water directly into the main body, it is nice to insert a small bamboo tube or plastic/glass water container (tube) called an “otoshi” inside and arrange flowers in it. From the upper hole, you can arrange slender branches and flowers. From the middle hole, you can arrange spreading grasses and flowers or vine plants that hang down. You can enjoy expressive flower arrangements in multiple directions (mainly tea flower arrangements and free modern flower arrangements). The signature on the bottom could not be read. There are no accessories such as the original box. Although the details of the artist are unknown, the modeling and painting are excellent, and it has the appearance of a valuable work of art. No noticeable large scratches or chips were found, but please understand that it is an old item and has been used at home, so please check the condition carefully in the images for dirt and signs of use before considering. Due to the shape and size of the holes (teardrop shape, upper 1.18 x 1.97 inches, lower 1.38 x 2.56 inches), internal cleaning is difficult. Please understand that there may be remaining dirt.
