This is a rare Old Baccarat blue glass vase (urn/flower base) with gold enamel decoration, a testament to French crystal craftsmanship, produced around 1878. It features deep, transparent blue glass, reminiscent of a clear sea, adorned with abundant gold leaf and delicate floral patterns in white, brown, and red enamel. The thickness of the petals and the three-dimensional quality of the gold decoration showcase Baccarat's advanced technical skill and artistry of the era.
