This is a flat vase by Gen-emon Tatemoto, a famous Japanese kiln that inherits the tradition of old Imari ware. This flat vase features a dyed brocade chrysanthemum pattern, a traditional Old Imari design unique to Gen-emon. All beautiful and detailed dyed brocade patterns are hand-painted.
