Japanese Antique Vase Edo Period Lion Handles Pottery

There was a water leak when I filled it with water. This item is for those who understand it cannot be used as a vase. This is an antique from my parents' home. Its height is 8.86 inches. It is quite old, probably from the Edo period. The lion decorations on both sides are removable. It is an antique Buddhist altar fitting.
