Maruta Munehiko Karatsu Ware Large Vase Flower Pot Object

This is a large vase, approximately 14.96 inches high, 15.75 inches wide, and with an opening diameter of 5.12 inches. It features powerful earthy tones and kiln variations, characteristic of Munehiko Maruta, creating a beautiful landscape that enhances any space with its presence. The metallic sheen, flowing glaze, and rounded form are striking, offering different expressions depending on the angle. It is appealing both as a vase and as an object. My late mother, who ran a gallery, used it as a vase, so please excuse any minor scuffs. There is no original wooden box.
