This is a Rikyū-style Tabidansu (portable tea chest) made by the joiner Hōken, for tea ceremony utensils. It is believed to be unused, but due to long-term storage, it is listed as “near unused”. There are no noticeable stains or cracks. There are some minor age-related spots. The item as a whole is in a very clean condition. The shared box has some minor scratches and light stains. Size: Height approximately 17.64 inches, Width x Depth approximately 13.66 inches x 10.75 inches.
